For the purpose of our services provided through Skool, we follow the official rules of Skool's Terms of Service, and membership services will be provided in accordance with Skool's official policies.

Students, clients, and users of our services can currently pay for Member Portal access through Skool, which processes payments via its own secured payment channels. Your payment information will be processed automatically by Skool, which treats and safeguards your data with the exclusive purpose of processing your membership. A refund is a member's request to receive the amount they have paid for a service.
Since our services, including the PRI Assessment reports, recorded training modules, and other digital materials, are available online due to their digital nature, and these materials remain in the possession of the buyer perpetually since they cannot be "returned," there are NO REFUNDS on any of our digital services, digital modules, or other materials available digitally once access has been granted.
If, due to a technical problem or difficulty, or otherwise, we are unable to deliver any of our services, live sessions, or digital materials to the buyer, the whole amount that the buyer has paid will be refunded as soon as possible to the original method of payment.
If you are a member of our website and you use our services — such as joining live sessions, submitting weekly check-ins, or posting content on any associated social media page or group — you will be entirely responsible for the content, and any harm resulting from the content you posted.
